Please include as much information about your tattoo idea as you can. There is also a place to upload reference photos, so if you have those, please send them along as well.

Please give us *at least* 48 hours to respond to your inquiry. There may be a longer delay over the weekend, during holidays, and when an artist is on vacation.

Also, please note that filling out this form does not guarantee you an appointment. If the artist cannot do your tattoo for whatever reason, we can suggest a different artist who possibly can.
